This Magnolia area renovation honored the character of a cherished period home while introducing a seamless addition crafted to feel as though it had always been there. Our artisans meticulously blended new brickwork with the original façade, preserving the architectural integrity of the residence down to the finest detail.

At the heart of the transformation is a stunning new kitchen—now four times the size of the original—designed for effortless entertaining and everyday living alike. An expansive bifolding window opens completely to create a seamless pass-through to an outdoor sit-up bar, blurring the lines between indoors and out and embracing the Pacific Northwest lifestyle.

Every finish was selected with longevity and timeless beauty in mind. Living brass hardware was chosen to gracefully patina over time, adding warmth and character with age, while luxurious dolomite countertops flanking Wolf appliances provide both elegance and durability. The project was ultimately crowned with custom-crafted copper awnings, offering both shelter and architectural distinction to the rear entryways.

The result is a masterful blend of historic craftsmanship and modern luxury—an addition that feels both rooted in Seattle’s architectural heritage and perfectly tailored for contemporary living.
