Our clients are avid entertainers with a passion for sports, and they envisioned a year-round space that blends luxury, comfort, and seamless flow. We brought this vision to life with soaring vaulted ceilings and strategic design that connects every room effortlessly. By replacing the original windows with expansive bi-folding NanaWalls and adding a fold-up pass-through window from the kitchen, the new outdoor lounge and dining area integrates flawlessly with the home’s interior—creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience. Designed for all seasons, this sophisticated retreat features a dramatic 80" fireplace and six high-output infrared heaters, ensuring a warm, inviting atmosphere for gatherings long into the night.

Seattle Basement Remodel

Our clients in Ballard had an 850sf basement with only 6ft ceilings.  This complex basement remodel yielded new 8ft ceilings, movie room, bar area, laundry room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms in a well thought out, beautifully bright space. 

Mercer Island Spa Retreat

Our clients wanted a private spa oasis set within their woodland back yard.  We created an expansize entertaining deck overlooked by a covered in ground spa complete with privacy shades.  To complete the enchanting area, a large natural rock cascading waterfeature was installed along the front edge of the patio space.  A beautifully relaxing space.
